I build small AI-native companies in public, each under its own name. Every receipt comes back here, to my real name, dated.
The state of the machine this week.
Each one wears its own colours on its own domain. Here they are listed in one colour, because here they are one person's work. A price is what is on sale, never what has sold.
Project can have a brand. Proof attaches to Pablo IO.
The brands scatter outward. Wingcalm helps someone breathe on a plane without my biography. VCdeep hands a founder a map of the room. Each keeps its own name. The proof points back to one place, and one name holds the ledger.Receipts, dated. Revenue when there is revenue, the zero when there is not. This is the account that does not get to lie.
Accumulated, each one paid for.
One loop runs under every project. The projects are replaceable. The loop is permanent, and it keeps running after any single company is retired. Each contestant gets the same test: $100, thirty days, five angles. About thirty percent gets discarded after the money is spent.
If you build small companies and want a second operator in the room, write to me.

One colour holds the site the way one name holds the ledger. Ultramarine as a field, white as the signal, nothing else. Every project wears its own colours on its own domain; this address is the beacon they all point back to. Reference class: International Klein Blue as a proprietary identity, a lighthouse's single lamp, a signal flag.
The mark is an I planted in an O. Input entering output, and the shape of a switch turned on. It is drawn with one stroke weight and no gap, so it reads as a letterform first and a beacon second.
There is no accent colour. A second hue anywhere on this domain is a defect. Emphasis comes from size, width and the alternation of blue and white sections. The projects supply the colour, elsewhere.
Anybody at three widths carries every name, number, headline and label. Wider means louder: 125 for the thesis, 115 for items, 110 for labels. Instrument Sans carries everything read as sentences. The display face never sets a paragraph. The text face never sets a headline.
Register: the beacon. Short declaratives that say where things are. The voice points: here, there, back, one address. It states counts and dates and stops. It never explains itself, never persuades, never describes the work with an adjective.
Never: lighthouse or beacon metaphors in the copy itself; the colour carries the idea, the words stay plain. No hype, no hedges, no em-dashes, no emoji, no reframe pattern, nobody consulted.
