Shipped, with my name on the box.

I build small AI-native companies and ship them under my real name. The stamps below are the dates each one left the workshop. Prices are what is on sale. Revenue is printed as it stands.

On the bench

The state of the workshop this week.

Manifest

Contents of the workshop, itemised. A stamp is a state. A price is what is on sale, never what has sold.

Project can have a brand. Proof attaches to Pablo IO.

The brands scatter outward. Wingcalm helps someone breathe on a plane without my biography. VCdeep hands a founder a map of the room. Each keeps its own name. The proof points back to one place, and one name holds the ledger.

Shipping log

Every departure, dated. Revenue when there is revenue. The zero when there is not.

Marked on the wall

Accumulated, each one paid for.

The operating system

idea▶build▶ship▶measure▶learn▶compound

One loop runs under every project. The projects are replaceable. The loop is permanent, and it keeps running after any single company is retired. Each contestant gets the same test: $100, thirty days, five angles. About thirty percent gets discarded after the money is spent.

If you build small companies and want a second operator in the room, write to me.

Crate

The site is a crate leaving a workshop. Kraft, marker black, one safety orange. Stencil type because a stencil is cut once and used a thousand times, and because it only exists to mark something that ships. Reference class: a shipping manifest, a wine-crate stamp, a hardware-store price sign.

Logo

PABLO IO
PABLO IO

The mark is a stencilled IO in a box. The I and the O carry the bridges a real stencil needs to hold together. The box is the stamp's edge. Together it reads as a crate marking: this one shipped, this is whose it is.

  • Wordmark is PABLO IO in Big Shoulders Stencil Display 900, uppercase, tracked 0.03em. Never set in the text face, never lowercase.
  • Clear space equals the box width. Minimum size: mark 20px, lockup 120px wide.
  • Marker on kraft, or kraft on marker. Never orange. The lockup may sit in a stamp box and rotate up to 2 degrees on a hero; everywhere else it sits straight.
  • Never outlined, never shadowed, never on a photograph.

Colour

kraft #dcc190ground, light kraft

marker #15120eall text and rules · 12:1 on kraft
muted #5a4a2csecondary text · 5.3:1 on kraft
orange #ff4d00LIVE fills and chevrons only, never small text

Safety orange means one thing: this is live, right now. It fills a stamp or paints a chevron. It never carries text smaller than 40px, never tints a ground, never appears twice in one row. Black marker does the rest of the work, at 3px.

Typography

  • label · work sans 600 · 11 to 12px · 0.16emcontents: small ai-native companies

Big Shoulders Stencil Display is cut, never typed: names, headlines, stamps and the numbers on the manifest. Work Sans is the handwriting on the label: body, secondary lines, footers. The stencil never drops below 26px. The sans never goes uppercase above 12px.

Copy

Register: the packing slip. Short, physical, dated. Things leave the workshop, arrive somewhere, carry a price. Verbs of shipping: left, shipped, went live, in review, awaiting print. Nothing is described as exciting. A crate does not sell its contents; it says what is inside and where it is going.

  • Shipped, with my name on the box.
  • The stamps are the dates each one left the workshop.
  • Contents of the workshop, itemised.
  • Every departure, dated.
  • Real name on the box. Proof attaches here.

Never: "handle with care" jokes, fragile-sticker humour, or any crate metaphor pushed past the stamp. No hype, no hedges, no em-dashes, no emoji, no reframe pattern, nobody consulted.

Devices

  • The stamp. A 3px stencil box, rotated 2 degrees, that carries a state. Orange fill for live. Everything else hollow.
  • The marking strip. A tracked uppercase line across the top that says whose crate this is and what it contains.
  • 3px marker rules. Every list is separated by a heavy line. Nothing is boxed except a stamp.
  • The manifest number. Two-digit stencil numerals lead every item.
  • The cut line. A dashed rule separates the site from its own spec.

Do / don't

Do

  • Stamp every state. Date every departure.
  • Let the stencil be huge and the body be plain.
  • Use orange once per row at most.
  • Keep prices as what is on sale.
  • Print the zero in stencil.

Don't

  • Wood grain, tape textures, rope, packing peanuts, any texture at all.
  • Orange text below 40px, orange grounds.
  • Rounded corners, shadows, gradients.
  • A buy button anywhere on this domain.
  • A stencil headline that hedges.

Laws carried from the operator

  • Never a storefront. Products sell on their own domains; this page shows proof and links out.
  • Never invent revenue and never hide the €0.00.
  • The separate operating company stays off this surface, including as background credibility.
  • No trackers, popups, comment sections, contact forms.
  • Published copy passes the voice gate: no em-dashes, no hedges, no reframe pattern, no emoji.
