Small AI-native companies, built in public under my real name. Every line on this page carries a date or a price. The revenue figure is printed as it stands.
The state of the machine this week.
Each entry carries a status, because a status is a claim and a claim needs a state. Prices are what is on sale, never what has sold.
Project can have a brand. Proof attaches to Pablo IO.
The brands scatter outward. Wingcalm helps someone breathe on a plane without my biography. VCdeep hands a founder a map of the room. Each keeps its own name. The proof points back to one place, and the ledger is the only thing that compounds.Receipts, dated. Shipped surfaces, revenue when there is revenue, the honest zero when there is not. This is the account that does not get to lie.
Accumulated, each one paid for.
One loop runs under every project. The projects are replaceable. The loop is permanent, and it keeps running after any single company is retired. Each contestant gets the same test: $100, thirty days, five angles. About thirty percent gets discarded after the money is spent.
If you build small companies and want a second operator in the room, write to me.

The site is an account book. Cool green ledger paper, a red margin line, tabular figures that add up, a double rule under every total. The design never argues; it balances. Reference class: a printed bank statement, an annual report confident enough to print the bad number, a Swiss accounting form.
The mark is a two-column ledger. A square split by a rule. Input on the left, output on the right: I and O as the two columns of an account. Attention in, identity out, entered in the same book.
Red is rubrication, the accountant's pen. It marks what is final: a total, a live state, the honest zero. It never decorates, never fills a block, never colours a headline. If red appears more than a handful of times on a screen, the screen is wrong.
Schibsted Grotesk says everything in words. DM Mono says everything in numbers, dates and labels, always with tabular figures so columns add up visually. Every ledger row is a multiple of the 28px baseline and the rules run through the rows. Words are never monospaced; numbers are never proportional.
Register: the entry, never the pitch. First person, declarative, past tense for what shipped and present tense for what runs. Every sentence can be checked. The vocabulary is the ledger's: entry, balance, carried forward, as of, to date.
Never: adjectives about the work (no "beautiful", no "powerful"), hype, hedges, em-dashes, emoji, the reframe pattern, a sentence that consults or teaches the reader. Nobody is addressed as a student. The reader is auditing.
